Get in touch
Following an initial phone call to discuss your property, we will undertake an initial desktop viability assessment. If your property looks like it will be a suitable development project, we will arrange a no obligation face-to-face meeting to better understand your property and your requirements
02 –
Evaluation and Assessment
If we agree that a development is suitable after our meeting, our objective will be to understand as much about opportunity as possible in order to conduct an in-depth analysis. Our core team of analysts, planning consultants, and development strategists are immediately instructed to generate feasibility assessments and appraisals to establish the opportunity’s viability and enable us to produce realistic exit strategies that suit your requirements

Legal Agreement
After we have fully assessed and evaluated the property and you have accepted our offer, we will agree basic contract which will give Live Above a period in which to achieve the necessary planning permissions for the development. This work will be undertaken by our team at no risk or costs to yourself. The agreement will state that once Live Above achieves the necessary permissions, we will have the right to complete the project. The contract will also state the details of the agreed upon exit strategy as per your requirements.

Planning and Design
Our research and analysis team collaborate closely with our top-tier partners from established planning consultancies and industry leading architecture firms. Together they produce creative, innovative, and meticulously thought-out designs that embraces local architecture and maximises light and space across all units and minimise loss of light and privacy to any neighbours. Our partners and clients are kept in the loop every step of the way and their input is valued from day one.

Post Development and Exit Strategy Implementation
After the development is completed, we will exit the development as per our agreed exit strategy. This could include profit sharing the sale of the newly developed units and/or an income split of any retained units used for rental income. Our in-house and partnered sales and marketing teams comprise a set of well-connected, skilled, experienced strategists and with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and are selected for their adaptability to different strategies. The teams are consistently kept up to date with all ongoing developments to ensure that they have a detailed understanding of the developments before they go into market and ensure the developed airspace receives the price it rightly deserves.
